on sep. 1, 2021, the
kick-off meeting of hörmann online learning platform "hörmann
academy" with the theme of "sharing creates value!" was held at
the headquarter in beijing, which marked a crucial step forward for hörmann in
strengthening internal training and optimizing information sharing mechanism in
the age of network information. dr. jochen nippel, managing director of hörmann
asia pacific, mr. liu xinchang, deputy managing director of hörmann china,
together with all department managers attended the meeting.
during the
meeting, dr. jochen nippel made a strategic direction for hörmann academy.
“with the development of mobile internet and the popularity of smart phones,
the superiorities of online training are becoming more and more prominent. it
would have a positive impact on the corporate development for each employee to
timely obtain knowledge anytime and anywhere. coupled with travel restrictions
imposed by the pandemic, online training systems have become even more

at the
meeting, each functional department shared their roles and achievements in

the ways of training and learning from the perspective of talent discovery and
management, providing a simple and direct methodology for trainees and
trainers; mr. rüdiger nagel, plant director of hörmann beijing and tianjin plants,
presented the list of knowledge prepared by the technical and production
department and the course plan for the future on behalf of factories; mr.
dominik ricken, installation and after sales director, showed a large number of
installation courses and a practical example of how he used the platform to
combine online and offline training; shanghai branch shared the feelings of
using the platform and put forward some ideas on the functions and contents of
the current system version.
at the end,
dr. nippel announced the official launch of hörmann academy and reiterated the
